NJ Law Named After US Army Major Dwayne Kelley of South Orange
Who Was Killed in Iraq Last Year


Kelley's Law was signed by NJ Governor Corzine on March 18, 2009 in honor of US Army Major Dwayne Kelley of South Orange, killed in Iraq on June 24, 2008. Law extends accidental death benefits to survivors of NJ employees serving in the National Guard or Armed Forces Reserves.
